SPINACH PESTO 
1 2/3 c. firmly packed fresh spinach
3/4 c. picante sauce
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. oil (vegetable or olive)
1 garlic cloves
1 lb. linguini or your favorite dried pasta, cooked

Combine all ingredients except pasta in food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Toss with hot cooked pasta. 4-6 servings. Your kids will eat spinach!
