1 pkg. chopped broccoli
1 c. Minute Rice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1/2 stick butter
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz

Melt cheese and butter. Mix all ingredients and add 1 can of mushroom soup. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
