LEMON HERB CHICKEN 
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Mazola corn oil
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 tsp. dried dill weed, rosemary or tarragon, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 lb. broiler

Mix ingredients; add to chicken. Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight. Grill or bake.
