PEANUT BUTTER - CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix water, butter and cocoa. Cook in saucepan. Stir until bubbles. In a large mixing bowl, mix sugar, flour and soda. Add the above mixture along with eggs and buttermilk. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan (lightly greased). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Add 1 cup creamy peanut butter, 1 1/2 tablespoons oil; mix well and spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate.

Mix 1/2 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup butter and 6 tablespoons buttermilk. Bring to a boil and pour over 1 box powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread on cake. Refrigerate.
