ICE CREAM DESSERT 
2 c. Rice Chex, crushed
1 c. almonds
1 stick butter
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 c. coconut
1 c. brown sugar

Melt butter and mix above 5 ingredients. Spread 1/2 mixture in 9"x13" pan and spread semi-melted ice cream (melted enough to spread easy), then top with remainder of mix. Then freeze.
