IMPOSSIBLE LASAGNE PIE 
1 c. sm. curd creamed cottage cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground meat, cooked and drained
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1 c. (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/3 c. Bisquick mix
1 tsp. pepper
Snipped fresh parsley

Grease pie plate or baking pan. Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in pan Mix meat, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, oregano, basil and tomato paste evenly over top. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, and pepper 10 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand mixer until smooth. Pour into pan.

Bake 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted into dough comes out clean. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Return to oven 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese has melted. Cool 5 minutes. Sprinkle snipped fresh parsley over top. 5 to 6 servings.
