7 LAYER CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw rice
1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. raw ground beef
Salt and pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. water
4 strips bacon, cut in half

In a 2 quart casserole with tight top, put the ingredients in layer in order listed. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30 minutes until bacon is crisp.
