5-MINUTE CREAMY COCONUT PIE | |
1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. milk 3 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 1/3 c. coconut 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip 1/2 tsp. almond flavor 1 (9 inch) graham-cracker pie crust or reg. baked pie crust In blender, combine cream cheese, sugar, milk and coconut; blend for 30 seconds. Fold in Cool Whip. Add flavor. Pour mixture into crust and freeze for 4 hours. Thaw 15 minutes before serving. |
