MUSTARD GARLIC CHICKEN BREASTS 
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
Paprika, salt & pepper
Seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Rinse and pat dry chicken breast and place between 2 sheets of wax paper and pound with rolling pin until 1/8 inch thickness. Mix mustard, garlic and spices together in bowl. Coat chicken on both sides with mixture, then coat in bread crumbs. Drizzle melted margairne over chicken and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes until chicken is done.

Serves 4.
