1 angel food cake torn into pieces
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 med. container Cool whip
1 sm. box lemon jello
1 can drained fruit cocktail
Chopped pecans, if desired

Put angel food cake that has been torn into small pieces in a large bowl. Take lemon jello and sprinkle over it. Mix 2 small boxes vanilla pudding as directed on box plus 1/4 cup extra milk. Put pudding on top of jello and then spread drained fruit cocktail next.

Put Cool Whip on top and put chopped pecans next if desired. Refrigerate overnight. This recipe serves 10-12.

Diet recipe: Substitute sugar free pudding and jello; use lite Cool Whip and fruit cocktail packed in lite syrup or packed in its own juice.
