MICROWAVE SQUASH COMBO 
4 med. zucchini, cut in chunks
1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento
2 tbsp. water
4 med. yellow squash, cut in chunks
2 tbsp. butter

Place zucchini and squash in 2 quart casserole. Arrange pimento over top. Add water; dot with butter. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on high 13 to 15 minutes. Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes. Toss to mix. Makes 6-8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
