MEXICAN CHEESE SQUARES 
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 sm. can chopped chilies
1 c. flour
2 eggs
1 (10 oz.) can evaporated milk

Crumble cheese in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle green chilies over cheese. Mix eggs, milk, and flour until smooth. Pour on top of green chilies and cheese. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool slightly and cut into squares.
