RICE AND BEANS 
1 slice onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can goya black beans
1 (16 oz.) can goya black bean soup
Rice

Saute onion in a little oil with garlic. Add vinegar (this will puff). Saute. Add tomato sauce. Saute. Add both cans of beans and cook on low flame for 20 minutes. Cook rice as directed on box. To serve pour beans over rice.
