2 cups (1 pint) cranberry juice cocktail
2 tsp. rum flavoring
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp. honey
1 cup crushed ice

Combine all ingredients and whirl in a blender at top speed for 30 seconds, until well chilled. Strain into tall glasses and serve at once.

Suggested garnish: Sweetened whipped cream.
