PORCUPINE BALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1 pkg. beef flavored Rice-A-Roni
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Mix hamburger, egg and rice mix. Form into balls. Brown in frying pan and drain grease. Mix soup mix with 2 1/2 cups hot water. Pour over meatballs. Bring to boil. Turn down and simmer for 30 minutes.
