MISSISSIPPI FUDGE CAKE 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. cocoa
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar

Melt butter, add cocoa. Mix slightly beaten eggs and sugar together and add to cocoa mixture. Add flour and mix well. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Remove from oven and turn oven off. Spread 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts and 1/2 bag of miniature marshmallows over baked mixture. Put back in oven until marshmallows slightly melt (about 2 minutes). Remove from oven and immediately pour icing over and swirl.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter, add cocoa. Beat in sugar, milk and vanilla.
