2 pkgs. Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough (20 oz. tubes)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg

Soften 1 roll of cookie dough and spread in a 9" x 13" baking pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool slightly. Beat together softened cream cheese, sugar and egg. Spread over cooled cookie layer. Cut remaining cookie roll into 1/2" to 3/4" slices and place over cream cheese. Bake for 35 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. Cut into 1" x 2" bars.
