POLAGSINTA 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
5 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk

FILLING:

Butter
Cottage cheese, dry
1/4 c. sugar or more
2-3 drops of vanilla

Mix flour, sugar, salt, 4 eggs, milk. Beat until a smooth batter. Refrigerate about 1 hour.

CREPES:

Melt 3 tablespoons butter in skillet. Add 1/4 cup batter, not thick. Brown on one side, cool on wax paper.

Then mix cottage cheese, 1 egg, vanilla, sugar; put in center of crepe. You can make them round or square. Put cottage cheese in center, fold on side and fry in skillet with butter. (If rolled, put in oven, do them just like manicotti. Stuff the center, put in buttered baking dish for 1/2 hour on 300 degrees.) To top it, use sour cream or cherry pie filling.
