EASY CROCK-POT PORK TENDERLOIN 
2 lb pork tenderloin
1/2 lb. red potatoes
3 celery stalks, cut
handful of baby carrots
1 red onion, chopped
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans beef broth
1 (15 oz.) can chicken broth
salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and garlic salt (to taste)

Add all ingredients to Crock-Pot in the evening (7 to 8PM). Put heat on WARM.

By 4PM the next day - Dinner is ready!

Prep time is 10 minutes and dinner is fabulous!!
