1 envelope Lipton onion recipe soup mix
2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 450°F. In large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Shake bag until evenly coated.

Bake on shallow pan for 40 minutes, until tender and golden brown. Stir potatoes occasionally.
