1 (12 oz can) Spam (your choice of type)
4 oz cream cheese (reduced fat) - softened
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 can crushed pineapple pack in water and drained
1 cup toasted pecans
Romaine lettuce leaves, chopped
6 large tortilla (your choice of type)

In a food processor blend Spam, cream cheese and Worcestershire Sauce. In a large bowl mix Spam mixture, pineapple and pepper.

Spread a heaping 1/3 cup of Spam mixture leaving roughly an inch around the perimeter of the tortilla. Top with lettuce. Flood both the right and left edges in over the spread and roll up from the bottom. Slice each roll in half.

Serves 6.
