PUMPKIN BREAD | |
2 c. pumpkin 5 eggs 1 1/2 c. Crisco oil 2 sm. pkg. instant coconut cream pudding mix or instant French vanilla pudding mix 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. nutmeg 3 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt Beat pumpkin, eggs and crisp until smooth. Add puddings and beat 1 minute. Add the remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. 2 loaves. 4 smaller loaves. |
