PUMPKIN COOKIE BARS 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. solid pack pumpkin
3/4 c. evaporated milk, undiluted
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. orange marmalade
Nuts or granola or orange peel

Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, nuts and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Add butter, mix until crumbly. Press into bottom of 13x9x2 dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce temperature to 325 degrees. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over crust. Bake slow, 325 degrees, additional 20-25 minutes. Cool completely then add topping below.

Cream Cheese Topping: Beat together until fluffy 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese and 1/4 cup marmalade. Spread over bars and garnish with granola, chopped nuts or orange peel.
