FILLED UNBAKED COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
20 to 24 graham crackers
1 can Betty Crocker cream cheese frosting

Line bottom of 9x13 inch pan with graham crackers. Melt the butter, add sugar, milk, and egg slightly beaten. Cook and bring to boil. Add coconut and walnuts. Pour filling over layer of crackers. Sprinkle the crumbs over filling. Add another layer of crackers. Spread with frosting. Cut in squares.
