EASTER SALAD 
2 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 pt. Dream Whip
1 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. pineapple juice
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Shredded carrots

Prepare the 2 boxes Jello according to package. Add crushed pineapple. Pour in baking dish and let chill. Cream Dream Whip, sugar, and cream cheese together and spread on layer of Jello. Cook pineapple juice, sugar, flour, egg yolks, and lemon juice until thick. Spread over that layer. Shred carrots or longhorn cheese on top and chill until ready to eat.
