CHICKEN CURRY | |
1 c. diced celery 1/2 c. chopped med. onion 2 tbsp. oil 4 c. boiled chicken, deboned 2 c. chicken broth 2 c. tomato juice 1 tsp. poultry seasoning 1-3 tsp. curry powder (season to taste) 1/4 c. flour 1/3 c. water, cold Brown onions and celery in 2 tablespoons oil. Combine chicken, broth, tomato juice, onion and celery. Season with poultry seasoning and curry powder. Cook on low heat for 1 minute. Mix flour and water until flour is dissolved. Add to chicken curry until thickened. Serve curry over cooked rice with garlic bread and your favorite green salad. |
