PICKLED PEACHES 
8 lb. peaches
5 lbs. sugar
1 qt. vinegar
2 tbsp. each cloves and allspice
1 stick cinnamon

Combine sugar, vinegar and the spices. Boil for 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat until syrup. Meanwhile peel peaches immediately drop onto hot syrup. Cook for 5 minutes or until tender. Put in jars and seal.
