PHILADELPHIA CAKE 
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. melted butter
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
5 eggs

In a bowl combine crumbs and butter. Press on bottom of 8 inch springform, set aside. In a bowl mix eggs, sour cream, sugar, Philadelphia cream cheese, lemon juice. Spread in prepared pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Yield: 12 servings.
