CRANBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1 c. chopped cranberries
1/2 c. walnuts
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Sift together dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg until fluffy. Gently fold in cranberries, orange and walnuts. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.
