FLOUR TORTILLAS 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. shortening
1/2 to 3/4 c. warm water

Mix ingredients in bowl. Let stand 15 minutes. Divide dough in 12 balls. On floured surface, roll each ball to a 7 inch round, trim uneven edges. Cook in ungreased skillet over medium heat about 1 1/2 minutes on each side. Makes 12 tortillas.
