EXOTIC CELERY 
4 heaping c. cut-up celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. jar pimento cut-up, plus the juice
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Pinch salt
1 c. slivered almonds, sauteed in butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook celery in boiling water for 8 minutes; drain well. Mix with other ingredients, putting almonds on top. Bake 30 minutes.

Also tasty poured over rice or chow mein noodles.
