EXOTIC FIVE HOUR STEW 
3 lb. chuck, cut into 1 1/2" cubes
1 lb. 13 oz. can tomatoes with juice
1 1/2 lb. pkg. frozen stew vegetables
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. quick cooking tapioca
1 (5 1/4 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. red wine

Combine ingredients, cover, bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Do not stir!
