EXOTIC CHICKEN SALAD 
5 lbs. chicken breasts, cooked and cut into chunks, about 2 qts.
2 c. sliced celery
3 cans sliced water chestnuts
2 lbs. red seedless grapes
3 pkgs. (9 oz.) slivered almonds, toasted

DRESSING:

2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Combine cooked chicken, grapes, water chestnuts and celery with dressing.
