SPINACH SALAD 
2 bunches spinach
1-2 avocados
Lemon juice
3/4 c. slivered toasted almonds
Sliced cauliflower

DRESSING:

9 tbsp. salad oil
4 1/2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. dry basil leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash of ground nutmeg

Toast nuts (350 degrees for 8 minutes). Dip avocado slices in lemon juice to coat. Add all together. Pour dressing over and gently mix to coat thoroughly.
