Salt meat or ham pieces, as much as you like Bell pepper, about 1/2 more for some Green onions, as many as you like 1 cabbage Put skillet on with water and meat. Cook until tender. Have cabbage, pepper and onions cut up to your liking. Rinse all other ingredients and add to meat - pour in small amount of shortening -shake in some crushed red pepper - cover let cook under medium fire until tender - salt and pepper to taste. |
