CORN AU GRATIN 
1 can cream style corn
Bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. milk
Butter
Pinch of sugar

Mix the corn, milk and sugar together and set aside. Grease a baking dish with butter flavored oil. place a layer of bread crumbs on the bottom of the dish. Next add a layer of corn. Then a little salt and pepper to taste. Over this put a layer of butter dotted all around the dish. Repeat these layers until all the corn mixture is used up. The last layer should be a layer of crumbs dotted with butter. Bake at 400 degrees until top is browned.

NOTE: Hominy Au Gratin is also a very good dish. Layers of cheese may be added for an extra special taste.
