ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
flour (enough for cake-like)
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. zucchini, finely chopped
1/4 c. chocolate chips
nuts, optional

Cream together butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Mix well. Stir in dry ingredients. Beat well. Stir in zucchini. Turn into greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top.

Bake at 325°F for 40 to 45 minutes. No frosting needed, but can frost or serve with Cool Whip.
