TERIYAKI CHICKEN 
4 chicken breast, skinned and boned
1 lg. can pineapple rings in juice
Soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger

Measure juice from pineapple rings and mix in the same amount of soy sauce. Mix in ground ginger and marinate chicken for at least 3 hours or up to 24 hours. Pineapple rings can also be marinated. (Shake or turn container for even marinate).

Grill or broil chicken and pineapple until done. Serve with wild rice pilaf. If desired, a sauce can be made by straining and thickening marinate.
