YOLAND'S BRACIOLA 
Piece of beef (2 thin slices round steak)

Cut up piece of garlic and put on meat. Add some bread crumbs, spaghetti cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Spread evenly over the meat. Pour a small amount of oil over this to keep meat moist. Roll the meat and tie it with string. Brown and cook in the gravy (tomato sauce) for macaroni.
