NANA'S COFFEE CAKE 
BATTER:

1 yellow cake mix (lg.)
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. flour
Chopped pecans

Dump all batter ingredients together. Beat per instructions on box. Grease and flour large tube pan. Place 1/2 of batter in pan. Stir together sugar, cinnamon and flour in a bowl. Sprinkle 1/2 of this topping over batter. Spread rest of batter in pan. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top and press into batter. Sprinkle rest of topping over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes. Wait 10 minutes. Remove from pan. It is heavy! Hints: Cake is very moist. It bakes away from the pan. It does not sink around the post. The toothpick test helps determine doneness.
