1 box yellow cake mix or Duncan Hines Butter Flavor Cake Mix
1 egg
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter, melted

Mix and spread in a 9 x 13 inch grease pan.

SECOND LAYER:

3 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and pour over first layer. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Cut into bars and serve.
