CREAMY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
12 oz. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 c. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 packet instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. skim milk

Layer potatoes and onions in an 8 inch square baking dish. Sprinkle with pepper. Combine rest of ingredients, mixing well. Pour over potatoes. Microwave on High 12 minutes, or bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Divide evenly. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
