BAKED MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1 c. (dry) bread crumbs
1/2 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix above ingredients and make into balls. Put in a low pan and place in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter, add 2 tablespoons flour and blend until smooth. Add 2 cans beef bouillon, cook until well mixed, about 2 to 3 minutes. Pour over meatballs, cover pan with foil. Bake for another 30 to 40 minutes. Never put a cover over foil.

The meatballs were good, even though I forgot to put the egg into the mix. This recipe isn't specific about bouillion size so I used beef broth, 2- 14 oz. cans and it was quite a bit of liquid. Could thicken it some more but I didn't.
