OVERNIGHT CINNAMON ROLLS | |
1 tsp. dry yeast 3 c. warm water 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/2 c. lard or Crisco 1 tbsp. salt 6 c. white flour 2 c. whole wheat flour Begin at 5:00. Dissolve the yeast with warm water, stir in sugar, eggs, lard and salt. Add flour; knead 8-10 minutes. Place in greased bowl. Punch down each hour until 10 p.m. Form into rolls; cover them and leave on countertop. Bake at 350-375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
