LEONA'S HAM LOAF 
1 lb. cured ham
1 lb. fresh lean pork
2 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 c. quick cooking tapioca
1 1/4 c. milk
Syrup for loaf
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Grind ham and pork together. Add eggs, cracker crumbs, tapioca, and milk. Make syrup for loaf out of vinegar, water, sugar, and mustard. Put in saucepan and let simmer until forms like syrup. Put ham loaf in loaf pan and pour syrup over it. Cook at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or longer if you want it real brown.
