HAM BALLS 
For 30 Balls:

3 lbs. meat (2 lbs. lean pork and 1 lb. ham)
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
1 cup milk

Mix altogether and form in balls.

Sauce:

1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup water

Pour over ham balls and bake for 2 hours in a 300-325°F oven or slow cooker.
