1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. parsley
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. water
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried thyme
Few dashes bottled hot pepper sauce
Few dashes black pepper

Line a bowl with plastic bag. Combine ingredients. Pour over fish, close bag and marinate 2 to 4 hours turning bag to distribute.
