2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 c. apple butter
1/2 c. raisins

Combine sugar, eggs, shortening and apple butter. Beat until well mixed. Add flour ingredients and raisins. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
