PORCUPINE MEATBALLS | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 tsp. onion salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. rice 2 tbsp. oil 3 c. tomato juice Combine ground beef and seasonings in bowl; add egg; mix well. Stir in rice; blend well. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Brown meatballs in hot oil, in skillet. Add tomato juice. Simmer for 35-40 minutes or until rice is cooked. Serves 5. |
