1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1 tbsp. cooking oil
Food coloring

Mix first 3 ingredients in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring for 3 minutes or until mixture pulls away from pan. Knead immediately. Store in airtight container.
